Oil and Gas Law

Randy studied oil and gas law at the University of Oklahoma, a school known to have some of the finest professors in this area of the law, including one who authored a multi-volume treatise on the subject that is used by oil and gas attorneys nationwide. Randy has been involved in many aspects of oil, gas, and mineral law, including interpreting deeds, litigation involving drilling rights, interpreting lease agreements on behalf of clients, cases involving surface rights, and cases involving a lessor's obligation to drill.
